1.2 www.iCheck-in.com preserves the right to revise these terms and conditions the way it wants regularly. All amendments are directly applicable after appearance on the website

1.3 When visiting and surfing the website or placing an order you agree with our terms and conditions.

1.4 By submitting any order you acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, warranty or representation other than those which are made in these terms and conditions.

1.5 www.iCheck-in.com does its best to ensure all information on the website is accurate but it reserves the right to update, revise and change the content of the website at any time. All information on the website is provided as it is and you should independently verify any information before relying upon it.

2 THE SERVICE

2.1 In consideration of your payment of the amount for the online check-in and seat reservation services, www.iCheck-in.com shall provide its service in accordance with the following scheme:

2.1.1 Using the data as provided by you in the flight-details section and using the data as provided by you in the personal section. The content of the submitted data and the confirmation shall together constitute the order;

2.1.2 Upon receipt of each order www.iCheck-in.com will check the completeness of its contents for compliance with airline standards and our capacity to fulfill your request.

2.1.3 Upon your confirmation of the correct data of your order and after payment has been made by credit card, PayPal, or Lastschrift www.iCheck-in.com shall use all reasonable and available means, using industry standard check-in-tools to provide the service as specified in the order;

2.1.4 www.iCheck-in.com shall notify you by email when your order has been completed and the results are available. However, it is possible that emails do not reach their destination due to anti-spam, virus scanners and other methods of mail security or other. You will be enabled to download your boardingpass in one of the followings ways (via browser, FTP, or let www.iCheck-in.com transfer the order to your specified FTP destination);

2.2 Each order submitted by you shall be subject to acceptance by www.iCheck-in.com and such acceptance may be withheld at the absolute discretion of www.iCheck-in.com.

2.3 You may cancel any order during the registration or data collection process. However, you may not cancel an order after confirmation and payment in respect of that your order will have commenced in our system.

2.4 Processing times shown on the website are estimates only and www.iCheck-in.com shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by matters outside the control of www.iCheck-in.com. www.iCheck-in.com will do anything within its power to notify a client when the delivery time, as shown on the website, cannot be met. The customer will not be refunded despite the fact that www.iCheck-in.com is not able to meet with the delivery time as shown on the website or email.

2.5 www.iCheck-in.com shall not be liable for not delivering the preferred seat caused by matters outside the control of www.iCheck-in.com. www.iCheck-in.com will do anything within its power to select the best available alternative. The customer will not be refunded despite the fact that www.iCheck-in.com is not able to meet with the preference of the client as stated on the data-collection.

2.6 The standard price listed on the Website is subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to www.iCheck-in.com.com. www.iCheck-in.com.com shall use reasonable endeavours to draw your attention to any such increase in price before acceptance of your next order.

2.7 We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners and/or users of PayPal or Lastschrift from fraud and therefore will report to the relevant authorities any person using or attempting to use a credit card, PayPal and/or Lastschrift without apparent authority.

3 WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

3.1 You warrant that all details you provide to www.iCheck-in.com.com for the purpose online check-in and seat reservation service are correct, that the credit, or any electronic cash, which you may use in payment for any order is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of online check-in and seat reservation services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit details before providing you with our service.

3.2 We warrant that for each order processed by www.iCheck-in.com we will do anything within our power to select the best available seat as based upon your instructions or the best available alternative. to www.iCheck-in.com accepts no liability for any defect in the order or any defect which has otherwise been caused by our reliance upon your instructions.

3.3 Any claim based on any defect in the quality of ouronline check-in and seat reservation service supplied pursuant to these conditions must be notified to us within 14 days of its delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted online check-in and seat reservation service as having been delivered in accordance with the order.

3.4 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website remains available at all times. We shall not be responsible for any delay disabling you to download your boarding-pass within these 12 hours. Therefore we shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in email notification as due to mail security programs it is possible that you do not receive the email notification regarding your order.

5 PRIVACY

5.1 In the process of placing an order, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, passport number, flight number, date of birth and other personal information necessary for www.iCheck-in.com to fulfill your order.

8 GENERAL

9 DISPUTE

9.1 In case of disagreements between you as customer and www.iCheck-in.com as supplier, we as www.iCheck-in.com will provide independent judgement whether an order is processed correctly or needs to be reprocessed. If the order is processed correctly according to this judgement, then your payment is used to reprocess a future order. If the order is processed incorrectly according to this judgment, the order will be processed free of charge.
